This robust educational foundation furnished him with the requisite skills and expertise to excel in the funeral service industry.

With over 63 years of service to families in need, Don’s unwavering commitment to his

profession is unequivocal. He has provided solace and support to countless families during their most challenging times, while upholding the high standards established by his parents, Donald and Lenore Faulhaber, who founded their first funeral home in 1951. Don’s dedication to custom embalming and restoration distinguishes him within the industry, ensuring that each family receives the utmost care and respect.

Don’s contributions extend well beyond his professional endeavors. He is a dedicated volunteer and an active member of numerous service organizations within the community. His unwavering commitment to serving others is a testament to his character and values. In recognition of his extensive knowledge and contributions to the community, Don was appointed the Official

Historian of Broadview Heights in 2019. This prestigious role enables him to preserve and share the rich history of the area, further solidifying his legacy.

Family remains at the core of Don’s life. He is the proud father of four children, two of whom have followed in his professional footsteps as licensed funeral directors. His daughter, Robin, represents the third generation of the Faulhaber family actively serving Brecksville, Broadview Heights and their surrounding communities. Robin’s involvement ensures the continuation of the family tradition of providing personal and compassionate funeral services.

Robin Faulhaber-Ferrara has devoted 31 years to the profession as a licensed funeral director, continuing a proud family legacy. She is the third generation of the Faulhaber family to serve the community in this vital role, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to providing compassionate care during life's most challenging moments.

Robin's dedication extends beyond her professional responsibilities. She is an active and involved member of Assumption Church.  Her involvement with the church underscores her commitment to her faith and the importance she places on community and family values.

Robin's educational background is impressive; she is a proud alumna of Revere High School and Bowling Green State University. Her academic achievements laid a strong foundation for her career, equipping her with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in her field.

Jeff has been a licensed funeral director since 2004, bringing two decades of experience and compassion to his profession. His academic journey began at Trinity High School, followed by his pursuit of higher education at the University of Phoenix, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. This educational foundation has equipped him with the skills necessary to excel in his field.

Beyond his professional life, Jeff is deeply rooted in his community. He is an active member of Assumption Church, demonstrating his commitment to his faith and the spiritual growth of his community. His dedication extends to civic engagement as well; Jeff is a proud member of Knights of Columbus,  the North Royalton – Broadview Heights Rotary Club and The Lion’s Club of Broadview Heights. These organizations are well-known for their philanthropic efforts and community service, and Jeff's involvement underscores his commitment to making a positive impact.

Furthermore, Jeff serves on the cemetery board in the Village of Richfield. This role allows him to contribute to the maintenance and respectful management of local burial grounds, ensuring they are preserved with dignity for future generations.
