In Loving Memory of Colleen Marie Snyder

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Colleen Snyder, age 44, of Pickerington, Ohio, who peacefully departed this life on March 5th, 2025.

Born on October 7th, 1980, in Cleveland, Ohio, Colleen was a cherished daughter of Rusty and Mary Kay Corrigan (nee Nageotte). She grew up in Strongsville, Ohio and attended Padua Franciscan High School.  After graduation she attended Ashland University where she developed her passion for childhood education. Colleen later pursued a fulfilling career in the Worthington School District as a middle school math teacher.  She was known for her dedication, expertise, and the love for math that she brought to her work.

A devoted wife, Colleen married Zachary Snyder on April 26th, 2013, and together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and countless beautiful memories. She was a loving mother to Drake and Lacey and stepmother to Jacob, Sydney, and Cameron. Her family was her greatest joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

Colleen will be remembered for her kindness, warmth, and unwavering support for those she loved. Her gentle spirit touched the lives of many, and she leaves behind a legacy of compassion, generosity, and love.

She is also survived by her brother Rusty (Angela), sister Bridget, Uncles Tom (Therese), Terry (Jeanne), and Jack (Nancy), Aunt Beth (Lee Ann), nieces Ellie and Baylee, and nephews Landon, Aiden, Owen, and Chace. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.  She was preceded in death by grandparents Jerry and Mary Lou Nageotte (Jacoby) and Sy Corrigan, and great-aunt and godmother Kathy Masterson (Jacoby).

We will have 2 celebrations of Colleen’s life on the following dates:

- Cleveland area – Friday March 21st at Faulhaber Funeral Home, 7915 Broadview Road, Broadview Heights 44147 from 3 pm to 7 pm with a service to follow.

- Columbus area – Sunday March 23rd at Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home, 550 Hill Rd N, Pickerington, OH 43147 from 1 pm to 5 pm with a service to follow.

Colleen will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts. May she rest in eternal peace.
