Dr. William Harris

Dr. William Harris, age 88, Loving husband of Lenore for 63 years. Cherished father of Rebecca (Travis) Anderson and Melinda Harris (Jesse Wade). Cherished grandfather of Joshua Anderson and William Harris. Member of Philatelic Society for 60 years. Dr. Harris was a research chemist in the steel industry and has had 34 research papers published during his career. Longtime active member of the Brecksville United Church of Christ where he served as treasurer and moderator. He enjoyed traveling for both work and pleasure. He graduated from Baldwin Wallace College and received his Doctorate degree from The Ohio State University. Family suggests contributions to Doctors Without Borders USA, P.O. Box 5030, Hagerstown, MD 21741-5030. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 3 at 11:00 AM at Brecksville United Church of Christ, 23 Public Square, Brecksville, 44141.
