Terrence Kopf, joined his wife Carol (Girard) in heaven on August 28, 2020. Dear father of Michael and Melissa Hayes (Scott). Cherished grandfather of Jordan and Grace Hayes. Dear brother of Chuck and David (dec). Furry friend Max.
Terry was born June 7, 1942 to Maurice and Rita Kopf. He owned a service station in Brecksville, Ohio, worked in the hospitality and entertainment industry and retired from the Cuyahoga County Engineers, where he spent his years “paving and securing the pathways of our lives.”
Terry was cool. He was charming, funny, sarcastic, devious, devoted, kind, and full of love. A gentleman who married his high school sweetheart and made her the center of his life. They built a family that became his passion. He was an amazing father, uncle, brother, brother-in-law, grandpa and friend. His smile was contagious, and his love was obvious. He encouraged us to be better and do great things. He will forever be in our hearts.
A funeral mass and burial will be held at a later date.
