In Loving Memory of Robert David Chylinski

The world lost a wonderful, gentle soul with the passing of Robert David Chylinski on April 21, 2025, fittingly, his father’s birthday. Bobby’s love for life was evident in everything he did, whether he was cheering on his beloved Cleveland Indians (now the Guardians), singing along to an Elvis tune with unwavering enthusiasm, or perfecting his bowling game with unmatched skill and precision.

Bobby was a devoted son to his loving parents, Steve and Ruby, both of whom have preceded him in passing. He was a cherished brother to Steve (Sheila), Rita, Sharon (Bruce), Ray (Patty), Ron (Rhonda), Richard (deceased), and Scott (Sue). His warmth and kindness extended to his 21 nieces and nephews and his many great-nieces and great-nephews, all of whom will forever carry his memory in their hearts.

Though Bobby may no longer walk among us, his spirit will live on—in the crack of a bat at a Guardians game, the timeless notes of an Elvis song, and the satisfying sound of a bowling ball knocking down pins. His family and friends will miss him dearly, but they find solace in the beautiful memories he leaves behind.

Rest in peace, Bobby. You will always be remembered, always be loved, and always be celebrated.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Tuesday April 29th, 2025, at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 1200 W Sprague Rd, Parma, OH 44134 followed by mass.at 11 am. Please meet at the church.

Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery, Northfield, OH.

Family and friends are invited to share stories and celebrate Bob’s life at the Greenwood Village Clubhouse, 830 Village Club Rd., Northfield, OH. 44067 immediately after the burial.
