Pamela Jean Lipski (nee Forish), passed away peacefully on June 4, 2019 after a short battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Carl. Loving mother of Joann McDonough, Jennifer Root (John) and Carl IV (Desiree). Cherished grandmother of Joseph, Kevin, Julia, John, Emma and Connor. Sister of Kathleen Swidrak (Richard). Beloved aunt of many. Preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Kathryn and son-in-law Thomas McDonough. Family suggests contributions in Pam’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105. FRIENDS MAY CALL AT THE DONALD A.
