Milan Kecman

Milan Kecman Age 78, loving husband of Danica, (nee Bubalo), dear son of +Lazar and +Dara (nee Balaban) and brother +Vaso, cherished brother of Milka (Stanko) Gvozdenovic, adored uncle of Milos and Marko (Cate- fiancé).   Revered and respected by his kumovi,  inlaws, cousins and friends across the United States, Bosna and Serbia.

Born in Cesena, Italy, Milan immigrated to the United States in 1951 with his parents and sister.  His love for his family and his Serbian Orthodox Church was unsurpassed.

Milan was a graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Art and enjoyed a long career as a Cleveland artist.  He was a member of the Northeast Ohio Illustrator’s Society for many years and enjoyed sharing his art through gallery shows, libraries and local societies.  His true passion was his love of Serbian music and playing his accordion.  He was an exceptional musician, artist  and human being and will be missed by many.

SERVICES WILL BE HELD ON Wednesday, November 1st  at 12:00 pm at  St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church, 2151 W. Wallings Road.  V. Rev. Mijoljub Matic officiating.  Interment St Sava Cemetery.
