Leslie Paul Wilson, a passionate lover of hockey and all Cleveland sports, left behind a legacy deeply intertwined with the community and his family. He was a dedicated coach for both hockey and baseball for decades and once served as the hockey director of North Olmsted. His commitment to sports was matched by his dedication to landscaping, through Wilson and Son’s Landscaping and Les Wilson Landscaping.
Les was a loving father to Derek Wilson (Cassidy), Kyle Wilson (Samantha), Stacy Fordt (Justain), and Jordan Wilson. He was also a proud grandfather to Garret, Riley, Hattie, Henry, Connor, Mack, and Cora. Les was formerly married to Sandra Bilek.
In addition to his children and grandchildren, Les is survived by his sister Karen Harwood (Bruce, deceased) and brother Rodney (Jackie). His parents, Gloria Jean (Richardson) and Lenard “Les” Wilson, played a significant role in his life. Les was a dear uncle to Colin Wilson (Samantha), Ian Wilson (Merideth), Kevyn, Morgan, Graham, and Gordon. His contribution to the community and his family will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.
