Lenore Marie Smith, (nee Hartman), 83, of Richfield, passed away peacefully on August 15, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Devoted wife of 62 years to James Sr. (deceased ). Loving mother of Tammie Smith, James Jr, and Wendy (Dave) Matheny: Cherished grandmother of Alison, Daniel, Amanda, Jeremy, Aaron, Clinton, Grace, Justin, Samuel, Jack, Lenora and Meredith; plus 15 great grandchildren; dearest aunt of Neil, Carol, Don, Cindy, Sue, and Jan; plus a host of many friends.
She began her career driving the tractor on the family farm at the age of 10. As a school bus driver for Revere she had great success in bus driving competitions at the state and national levels prior to retiring from the Revere Local School District as the Transportation Supervisor.
She loved horses, boating, golf, and bowling.
FRIENDS MAY CALL AT THE DONALD A. FAULHABER FUNERAL HOME, 7915 Broadview Road (at Sprague) where services will be held on Monday, August 21 at 1pm.
Interment Fairview Cemetery.
