Cherished grandfather of Vicki, Doug, Jakob, Simon, Sarah, Charles and Dylan. Great grandfather of Abigail and Delilah. Dearest brother of Rose (Charles-deceased), Paul (Concetta) and the following deceased: Charles, James, Edward and Robert. Dear uncle and friend of many. Korean War Veteran.
Joe was born on April 4, 1929, and passed away August 9, 2024, on the family farm that is in Broadview Heights, Ohio. He was a dedicated member of the Broadview Heights community and of Assumption Church. He volunteered as a driver at the Broadview Heights Community Center taking people to doctor appointments and grocery shopping.
Joe is a founding member of the Broadview Heights Historical Society where he served as president for many years. He was influential in creating, developing and organizing the Historical Society. Joe was instrumental in planning and opening the Historical Society’s building located on the Broadview Heights City campus. Joe’s wish was for the younger generation to appreciate and learn from the past to help make the future a better place.

FRIENDS MAY CALL AT THE DONALD A. FAULHABER FUNERAL HOME, 7915 Broadview Road (at Sprague) on Tuesday, August 13 from 4-8 pm. Prayer service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 14 at 9:30 am followed by a mass of Christian burial at 10 am. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
