Jela Kecman

Jela Kecman (nee Sobot), age 84, passed away from complications after a stroke.

Born to Mile and Ljubica in Drvar.  Beloved wife of Momcilo. Beloved mother of Rade. Proud grandmother to Damon and Luke. Sister of Dusanka Cica, Stevka Petrovic (deceased), Dusan (deceased) and Milorad (deceased). Cherished aunt and friend to many.

Jela emigrated to Cleveland in 1968 with her family and retired to Las Vegas in 2001 to be near her grandchildren.  She was devoted to her family and her grandchildren in particular.  She loved cooking, baking and sharing laughs.

FAULHABER FUNERAL HOME, 7915 Broadview Road (at Sprague) where services will be held on Tuesday, February 20 at 12:00 pm and from St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church, 2151 W. Wallings Road at 12:15 PM.  V. Rev. Mijoljub Matic officiating.  Interment St. Sava Cemetery.  VISITING HOURS at the funeral home TUESDAY 10 AM until time of service.
