Jason Michael Ziolkowski, passed away April 21, 2023, two days before his 40 th birthday. Beloved son of Richard and Laura (nee Hamed). Cherished brother of Justin. Dear uncle of Jacob. Loving grandson of Andrew (deceased) and Helen Ziolkowski and George (deceased) and Donna Hamed.
Jason loved his family, especially his nephew, his dog, Loki, computers and cycling.
