Gary Allen Prince

Gary Allen Prince died peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones on February 10, 2021 at the age of 62.

Gary was born on October 21, 1958 in Cleveland, Ohio to Fred and Betty Prince. He graduated from Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School and the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center in 1977. He is survived by his wife Carolyn (Alexander), and his daughters Maria Kolodziej (Jason) and Christine Madden (Steven). He was the proud “Papa” of Marcella and Macey Kolodziej, and Christian Madden. He was also the older brother of Ken Prince (Dawn) and uncle to Ashley Troncoso (Mike) and Ally Prince.

Gary was an accomplished mechanic who was proud of his work on cruise ships, naval ships and other heavy equipment. He was an avid sportsman who shared his love of hunting and fishing with anyone he could! He would like you to know that, when done with respect, hunting is a true act of conservation.

A funeral mass is scheduled for Friday, February 19 at 11 am at St. Basil’s Church in Brecksville. St. Basil's practices social distancing etc. and we encourage the presence of any and all who feel comfortable under these precautions. The mass however will be streamed virtually for those who do not. Like Faulhaber Funeral Home on Facebook and you will receive a notification when the live stream begins.
