Edward E. Paulson

Edward E. Paulson Jr., 98, passed away December 10, 2022.  He was the beloved husband of Mary (deceased) for 62 years; loving father of Gary (Joyce), James (deceased), Jeffrey (Dawn), and Douglas (Tracy).  Proud grandfather of Jesse, Hayley, Casey, Kimberly, Jeffrey, Julie, and Daniel, and proud great grandfather of Elena, Eli, and Eva.  He is survived by his brother Louis, and was preceded in death by his brother Robert. WWII Army veteran.

Ed had a long career at Ohio Bell, followed by a long and active retirement, which included establishing an adult literacy program at the local library and a music healing program at the local hospital.  He enjoyed playing the dulcimer as part of the Hammerhead Dulcimer Society.  Ed was an active Mason for over 60 years, and was also active in square dancing into his early 90's.

Friends will be received 4-8pm Thursday December 15 at DONALD A. FAULHABER FUNERAL HOME, 7915 Broadview Rd. (at Sprague) with a Masonic service by Theodore Breck Lodge #714 at 7:30 PM.  Services will be held at 10:00 am Friday December 16 at Independence Presbyterian Church, 6624 Public Square, Independence.  Interment Brooklyn Heights Cemetery.
