Dorothy M. Walstead

Dorothy M. Walstead, of Broadview Hts., passed away Saturday December 17, 2022 at the age of 96. She was preceded in death by her husband William Walstead in 1983. Dorothy is survived by her son Larry and daughter-in-law Cheryl. Dorothy is the daughter of Steve Radics and Hannah Pillar Radics. She was also preceded in death by her older sister Opal and brother-in law Tony Garskie. Dorothy is also survived by her niece Cindy (Tom) Berger and and nephew Steve (Kathy) Garskie. She is survived by many nieces and nephews, and  great nieces and nephews including: Wendy (Frank) Bertoli, Hannah, Gabriella, Grant Tommy (Era) Berger, Anthony, Jennifer, Elana Danny (Bridget) Berger, Lily, Eric, Blake Bobby (Jamie) Berger, Devon Carolyn (Tom) Russo, Jake, Khaleesi, Ryker Angelica (Michael) Gulasey Brenda (Michael) Kozlowski.

Dorothy worked as the office manager at American Japanning and retired in 2002 after 54 years of service! She loved flowers and cooking. She was an avid reader. She and Bill had been season ticket holders of the Cleveland Browns Football Team. She loved animals and especially Norwegian Elk Hounds. Dorothy is a longtime member of the Church of the Assumption in Broadview Hts.

A MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL WILL BE HELD ON Friday, December 23, 2022 at 10:00 am at Church of the Assumption. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
