Angela “Gail” Baynes (nee Pengov), age 96, loving wife of Ansel (dec). Cherished sister of Ann and the following deceased: Frank, Eva, Anthony, and Edward. Dear aunt and friend of many in Ohio and North Carolina. She was a second mom to all her nieces and nephews. Family suggests contributions to Mt.
