Perran Ulgen, age 82, passed away Sunday, April 18, 2010. Born in Istanbul, Turkey, Perran was lovingly known in Turkey as the “Guardian Angel” for the many Turkish patients she helped at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation who came here for their medical care. Dear daughter of Vecihi Hurkus and Ihsan Isfendiyaroglu (both deceased). Beloved mother of Sandra Simich (Tom), Suzan Bower and Ali Ulgen. Grandmother of Jennifer Verner (Ed), Rachel Bower and Chad Sedely. Sister of Gonul Sarmon and Sevim Maxson. FRIENDS MAY CALL AT THE DONALD A.
