Tracey L. Rieman-Horn, age 52 of Brecksville, Ohio. Beloved wife of Peter; dedicated mother of Abra, Levi, and Noah; stepmother of Josef. Loving daughter of John G. Rieman (deceased) and Dorothy M. Rieman. Sister of John, Holly (Greg), Brady (Michelle), and Cally (Ken). Aunt of Breanna, Justin, and Allison. Great Aunt of London and Kai Johnson. Tracey passed away on November 11, 2016. A celebration of life memorial service will be held at Trinity Cathedral on Thursday, November 17th at 3:00pm.
