Claire K. Presson

CLAIRE K. PRESSON, age 90, of Broadview Hts., passed on to the Lord Tuesday, August 2, 2016. Preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Peter, her parents, Ludwig and Mary Anna Kulesza, her brothers, Anthony and Edward and her sister, Sophie. Survived by her children, Mark (Beverly), Scott (Lorraine), Gale and Kirk. Devoted grandmother of Jasmine, Kami, Kelsey and Zachary, and great grandmother of Noah. A native of Chicago, IL., she studied art at University of Illinois before marrying Peter and moving to Cleveland. She taught third grade at Assumption School before having a career with Ohio Bell and Ameritech as an Information Systems Specialist. She was a devoted wife and mother, volunteering in numerous capacities, such as at Assumption Church, Girl Scouts, and Boy Scouts. Claire loved swimming, golf, tennis, sailing, bridge, and knitting. She was active in Brecksville Women's Club. Family suggests contributions to Assumption Church, Endowment Fund, 9183 Broadview Rd., Broadview Hts., 44147.
