Millie Vovos (nee Zailac), age 80, passed away July 29, 2014. Beloved wife of Michael for 53 years. Loving mother of John, Mark, Theodore (Rachel), Maria Courtney and Greg (Jean Marie). Dear grandmother of Jacob, Austyn, Francesca, Jotham, Matthew, Sophia, and Carver. Sister of Anna Trukalo and Stella Motuza (both deceased). Sister in law of George Vovos. Beloved aunt and godmother of many. Co-chairman for regional IOCC for 2 years-receiving the Diane Zamiska award in 1999, St. Sava Church school teacher for 60 years where she was a superintendent for a few years, teaching mostly adult classes. President of Inter-Orthodox Council for many years. Millie was a devout Orthodox Christian and dedicated blood and platelet donor.
