Zachary Zack, age 57, passed away April 28, 2014.  Beloved husband of Mary (nee Horn) for 23 years.   Dear father of Jessica (Marvin Allison),  Rebecca Zack and Kaitlyn Cassidy.  Grandfather of Saniya Grace-Marie Allison.  Brother of Renae Shade and Michelle Zack.  In lieu of flowers contributions to Haven of Rest Ministries, 175 E.
