Rosemary Coletta Herendeen

Rosemary Coletta Herendeen (nee Bade), age 89. Wife of the late Charles P. Herendeen,Jr for 59 years. Loving mother of Charles P. III, Joyce Schroder (Dennis), Patrick (Patti) and Donna (deceased). She took great delight in being the devoted grandmother of Dennis (Emily) Schroder; Maureen Schroder (Steven Rzeszut); Elizabeth (Aaron) Oyster; Emily (Jason) Norris; Natalie Schroder; Amelia Schroder; Theresa Schroder; Shirley (Tommy) Embrogno; Charles P. Herendeen IV (Heather); David Evans; Richard Evans; Stephanie (Mark) Hopkins ; Patrick Herendeen Jr. ( LaShanna); Julia Evans (deceased). Proud great- grandmother of 20. Loving daughter of William and Marie Bade and sister of Lucille, Bernardine and Marcella (all deceased). She graduated from Ursuline Academy of the Sacred Heart in East Cleveland and proudly proclaimed to be an Ursuline Girl her entire life. She attended Dyke Business School and worked as a secretary. She and her husband owned Canine Castle Grooming Shoppe in Maple Heights before moving to Broadview Heights in 1974. Although legally blind the past 55 years, Rosemary traveled to all 50 states and to many foreign countries and always found time to volunteer for her children’s activities, civic, religious and health organizations. She was an avid Cleveland Indians fans and a loyal friend to so many. Rosemary suggested donations be made to The Little Sisters of the Poor 4291 Richmond Rd, Cleveland, OH 44122 or Pilot Dogs, Inc 625 West Town St. Columbus, OH 43215 in lieu of flowers.
